אוכל ישראלי - ASIAN BAKED HONEY CHICKEN - Israeli food




One of the oldest and most favorite dishes in my family. Simple-simple and the chicken is tanned, juicy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS :
 
      -    4 chicken legs      -    To choose - unpeeled diced potatoes bite size

      -    For the marinade - Mix    ¼ cup dry red wine
                                                   -   ¼ cup soy sauce
                                                    ¼ cup honey
                                                    ¼ cup of water
                                                   -   1 tbsp minced garlic
                                                   -   Ground black pepper
                                     
              -   No need to salt


PREPARATIONS :
 
     -    Marinade the chicken overnight in the refrigerator
     - 
 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C

     - 
 Bake the chicken and potatoes in an open baking dish for an hour and turn twice

         during baking
     - 
 Thickening the sauce at the end of
baking :
               - 
 Place the chicken and potatoes in a serving dish, covered
with an aluminum

                   foil,to keep the heat
               -   Pour the sauce into a pot, remove excess fat and bring to a boil
               -   Thicken with a mixture of full tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with a cup of

                    water
     -   Pour the sauce over the chicken. You can serve some of the sauce in a separate

         dish

SERVING :

     -   Serve with rice or noodles, spicy mango salsaand / or
